We are looking for a before school teacher for our school-aged children. The hours for this shift would be 6:30am to 9:30/10:00am every day. More hours would be possible during school breaks and summer available upon request.

The Teacher is responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The Teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns.

Must be able to pass fingerprints, background check and complete adult medical form. Must be able to lift children and sit down on floor with them. Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma/ GED.

• Experience in early childhood.

Full time teachers earn vacation time, paid holidays as well as bonuses. 401 is also available for full time staff.
