Manager, GTF Regional Programs – Pratt & Whitney

The Regional Program Accounting team in the GTF financial organization requires a Manager to lead monthly financial reporting and analysis for the PW1500G and PW1900G programs. The role involves accounting for OEM activity, interacting with cross‑functional teams, and driving process improvements for growing regional programs.
Key Responsibilities- Monthly accounting and reporting for the A220 & E190 programs.
- Calculate PDP billings for spare engines and FIA payments when applicable.
- Identify and implement work‑process and system improvements to support new activities and program growth.
- Provide accounting and reporting support to FP&A, Campaigns, Sales, and the Program Office for new business deals, forecasting, and peak periods (quarter and year‑end).
- Support internal inquiries for PwC and other audits as needed.
- Lead special projects as defined by the GTF Accounting team.
- Engage with Financial Planning & Analysis, Campaigns, Sales, the Program Office, Manufacturing and Operations Management, internal and external auditors, and external collaborators.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field with at least 8+ years of relevant experience; OR a Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and One Stream.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; organized, detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work with employees at all levels.
- U.S. citizenship required for access to information under this contract.
Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and holidays. Additional incentive compensation programs may apply based on level and agreement.
