The Pratt & Whitney Military Engines Campaign Pricing Team has an exciting new opening for a Pricing Manager supporting the F100 and TF33 Spare Part Programs.
This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our campus in East Hartford, Connecticut.
- pricing and packaging proposals to the customers, primarily the U.S. Government (USG), and all related activities, including responding to the customers' Request for Information (RFI), responding to the DCMA and DCAA audit questions, fact finding, price variance analysis, negotiation, sweep and certification, etc.
- The person in this role will be a key member of a cross-functional team bringing the Spare Part proposals from the customer's Request for Pricing (RFP) all the way to the contract award.
- Different pricing systems may be utilized, such as SAP or Pro Pricer.
- You will gain exposure to spare part bills of material, procurement, forward pricing rates, and government proposal compliance.
- You will be responsible for ensuring proposals are compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulations and Public Law.
- You'll have the opportunity to assist with development of creative pricing solutions when complex customer requirements require new approaches.
- Bachelor's degree with focus in Supply Chain, Finance or Business Management, or related field required with at least 8+ years of Proposals and Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting or Business based work experience; OR a Master's degree with 5+ years of Proposals and Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting or Business based work experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- MBA or advanced graduate degree.
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in Federal or Military Supplier Contracts, Proposals and Pricing, with detailed understanding of FAR, TINA and DCMA contracting process.
- Experience in managing audit readiness and interacting with external auditors.
- Experience with pricing systems such as SAP or Pro Pricer.
- Excellent social skills and ability to foster positive relationships.
