* Lead procurement and contract management efforts to secure design, construction, inspection, and specialty contractors for major construction activities.
* Apply advanced project controls using critical path, earned value, and other schedule‐cost management techniques to monitor progress and drive corrective actions.
* Analyze cost and schedule variances and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership to maintain project performance.
* Ensure construction safety and compliance by enforcing safety protocols, operational qualifications, and performance metrics across all field activities.
* Promote innovation and efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation, improved workflows, and construction best practices.
* Maintain regulatory accountability ensuring all major construction activities comply with applicable FERC, NERC, state, and local requirements.
* Support risk identification and mitigation by partnering with senior leadership to evaluate project risks, cost impacts, and mitigation strategies.
* Report to executive leadership by preparing and presenting project status, cost‐schedule‐risk updates, and performance metrics in executive‐level meetings.
