Bilingual, Customer Service Rep
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and input ride information using a computerized scheduling system.
- Enter new customer information and changes into the system.
- Data entry into spreadsheets and databases.
- Communicate late vehicle service and verify "No Shows" with customers.
- Resolve service‑related complaints.
- Create daily route maps of the reservations for the drivers.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of reservationist or customer service experience.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed, including overtime.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
- Starting pay $20.00, progression to $21.00 over 1 year.
- Vacation: up to 14 days per year.
- Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly for full‑time employees, 5 hours monthly for part‑time employees.

- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions; 100% of the job is performed outside, often alone and in remote locations.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances and on possible sloped ground or uneven surfaces.
- Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing job duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
