• Perform full dimensional and visual inspections of aerospace components
• Conduct first piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Inspect and record dimensions per blueprints, process sheets, and inspection documentation
• Review process certifications and quality documentation
• Utilize micrometers, calipers, gauges, and advanced inspection equipment
• Support ECAV reports and customer submissions
• Interface with customers and internal teams to resolve quality or technical issues
• Maintain strict compliance with aerospace, customer, and export regulations
• Work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and production

• Associate’s degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
• Minimum 5+ years of aerospace inspection experience
• Active GE or Collins DQR certification (or ability to recertify)
• Direct experience supporting GE Aviation, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, or similar OEMs
• Strong background in FAI, PPAP, and ECAV submissions
• Familiarity with customer supplier portals (GE Aviation, Raytheon Technologies)
• Experience with critical component processes (ESA, VSE, SPS)
• Strong IT skills related to digital gaging and quality systems
• Knowledge of ITAR and DFARS export compliance requirements
