This Skill Bridge opportunity is with Pratt & Whitney. RTX is a provider of Skill Bridge Fellowship opportunities for transitioning service members to gain an in-depth understanding of the aerospace and defense business from some of the most respected leaders and engineers in the industry. Skill Bridge fellows will not be eligible for any compensation during their fellowship, as they will continue to receive all military pay and benefits.

To be eligible for a Skill Bridge, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be on Active-Duty orders in the U.S. Armed Forces
• Must be eligible to participate per DoD Instruction 1322.29.
• Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.
• Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.

What You Will Do:

Training & mentorship opportunities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsibilities:
  Support and lead cross-functional teams focused on identifying, containing, and resolving data integrity issues affecting F135 fleet readiness, airworthiness, and flight safety.
• Expectations of the Role:
  Apply systems-level thinking, root cause analysis, and technical leadership to investigate issues, determine corrective actions, and support sustainable solutions.
• Leadership &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work across engineering, quality, logistics, sustainment, program leadership, and government partners, including the F-35 Joint Program Office.
• Communication:
  Support issue-status reporting, technical findings, metrics, corrective-action plans, and stakeholder briefings.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience in engineering, project/program management, operations, or supply chain/logistics or an Advanced degree with 7 years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Human Factors, Business or Management
• Experience with in Pratt & Whitney Military Engines organizational structures
• Experience with PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePointERP/CMMS data analysis experience
• AGILE project management experience
• Active Security Clearance
