Responsibilities
- Design automotive exterior trim component in a DRE role
- Develop and execute exterior trim system requirements for cars and SUVs
- Complete and release exterior component, subsystem and detail designs (bumper, fascia, cladding, garnish, spoiler, etc)
- Collaborate with key exterior system and plastic component suppliers and support overall vehicle development milestones and prototype/production build events
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive exterior/bumper components and subsystem
- Knowledge of plastic manufacturing technologies
- Perform feasibility and packaging study
- In-depth knowledge of plastic tooling and hands‑on experience in Catia V6 required
