Project Engineer - Additive Manufacturing
East Hartford, CT – Contract
$39 to $49/Hr
Responsibilities- Provide project management support for project execution and completion based on formal requirements document and committed milestone completion dates.
- Work with engineering team to develop project plans and cost estimates using standard project management software tools, such as MS Project or Smartsheets.
- Ensure project completion through routine tracking and management of individual project sub‑tasks by regularly following up with sub‑task owners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide and initiate regular communication with IPTs, project engineers, and other stakeholders on risks and opportunities on potential technical and schedule issues.
- Provide logistical support on project sub‑tasks to reduce delays in hand‑offs and transitions throughout the project completion cycle.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience
- Engineering background
- Awareness of test matrix creation and execution
