Position:
Component Aftermarket Integration Product Team (CAIPT) Leader

Location:

Hartford, Connecticut, United States

• Own cradle‑to‑grave sustainment items within the TEC/AUG CIPT.
• Partner with the Rolls Royce team on sustainment engineering items.
• Lead a cross‑functional team to ensure hardware support and reduce program risks.
• Understand and communicate hardware concerns to all team members for timely resolution.
• Expose gaps and identify solutions for hardware supportability.
• Present at various meetings to update a broader audience on issues and updates, representing Pratt & Whitney as the primary customer contact.
• Understand the roles and responsibilities of all CAIPT team members.
• Establish and execute the aftermarket support strategy while identifying and assessing immediate needs, risks, issues, and concerns.
• Mitigate new urgent items and proactively reduce future issues through systemic improvements.

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of engineering or program management experience, or an advanced degree plus 7 years of engineering or program management experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing personnel.
• Minimum of 5 years of propulsion system sustainment experience preferred.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
• Current security clearance preferred.

Employment type:

Onsite (employees primarily onsite; relocation assistance not provided).

Salary range: $132,400–$251,600 USD. Benefit eligibility and compensation details available upon hiring.
