Senior Project Engineer​/Manager

Our client is looking Senior Project Engineer for Fulltime project in East Hartford, Connecticut (Onsite) Below is the detail requirement.

Location- East Hartford, Connecticut

Experience- 5-7 Years

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Engineer, Engineering Project Manager, or similar technical coordination role. Aerospace domain experience is required.
• Proven ability to organize and manage technical data across multiple projects
• Strong experience aligning schedules and coordinating tasks across cross functional engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional teams and influence without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities

• Proven experience in engineering project management, preferably in a regulated industry such as aerospace
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Schedule driven mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to balance technical depth with project execution
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution oriented
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or FDA regulations
• An understanding of engineering outsourcing business practices
• Experience writing or creating standard work, establishing processes, and documenting lessons learned

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to traverse and navigate a manufacturing facility
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
