Junior Project Manager For Transportation Stations

We are looking for a (Junior) Project Manager for transportation stations for DB InfraGO AG in Leipzig, Halle (Saale), or Magdeburg.

• You will be responsible for the implementation of transportation station projects of varying complexity across all HOAI phases – from project preparation through planning and construction to project completion – based on a defined project mandate.
• You will manage internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring cost-, time-, and quality-appropriate project execution.
• You will ensure a reliable data and information basis for early identification of deviations and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• You will represent the interests of DB InfraGO AG, Business Area Passenger Stations, as the client towards group companies, contractors, and other third parties.
• You will coordinate, organize, and manage project communication involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparent decision-making and coordination processes.

• You have a successfully completed higher education degree with a technical focus, e.g., in civil engineering, architecture, or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• You have solid project management skills and experience in managing construction projects, ideally in the infrastructure sector.
• You are cost-conscious, technically proficient, and have a solid commercial understanding.
• A structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach, along with a high level of responsibility, are among your strengths.
• You have strong communication skills, team orientation, proactive behavior, and a hands-on mentality.
