We are looking for you as a Service Coordinator for the Transformer Service area at our Halle location.

For over 100 years, we have been serving industrial customers as well as customers in the transmission system operator (TSO) and distribution system operator (DSO) sectors in Germany and Europe. In this context, we deal with the topics of service, repair, and new construction in the field of power transformers. We are a market leader in this area both in Germany and Europe.

What you can achieve:

• Responsibility for the technical assessment and preparation of construction sites regarding required materials, tools, and personnel resources
• Creation of detailed deployment plans including description of activities, duration, and technical requirements
• Technical contact person for our customers throughout the entire project duration – from planning to implementation
• Creation of technical specifications and work instructions for service missions to ensure smooth operation
• Technical support for service staff with technical questions before, during, and after the mission
• Active participation in commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on site
• Link between customers, project management, sales, and service to ensure a successful project course
• Independent coordination with relevant internal departments for continuous improvement of order processing

What you bring with you:

• At least 3-year specialized vocational training or at least two-year vocational training
• First professional experience in technological processes, ideally in the field of transformer service or comparable technical projects
• Experience in handling ERP systems as well as knowledge of occupational safety regulations
• Proficient ability to efficiently plan and coordinate tasks, resources, and deadlines
• Confident demeanor and good communication skills for coordination with internal and external partners
• Willingness to occasionally work on construction sites and adapt to changing requirements and locations
