F100 Section Customer Support Engineer; Onsite

What You Will Do

• Assist and sometimes direct engineering investigations, field communications, and daily responses to technical questions.
• Travel occasionally to support Analytical Condition Inspection (ACI) and Deep Look forecasting processes, and for field investigations and F100 site familiarization (approximately 10‑15%).
• Coordinate closely with other Customer Support Engineers, integrated product teams, field service representatives, customers, and suppliers worldwide.
• Develop working knowledge of technical order manuals for assigned engine hardware, covering assembly, disassembly, inspection, and repair.
• Engage in weekly teaming and coordination with U.S. Air Force engineering customers.
• Present technical issues and propose solutions during internal and customer meetings.
• Perform multiple tasks independently or as part of a dynamic team.

• BA/BS degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2+ years of jet‑engine experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills to convey technical issues and solutions.

• Technical familiarity with engineering blueprints and the ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of Air Force Technical Orders.
• Familiarity with jet‑engine hardware, maintenance, or operations.
• Familiarity with F100 assembly/disassembly (preferred but not required).
• Effective use of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (not mandatory).

• Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
