Program / Project Manager, Operations Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
What You Will Do
- Manage a team of manufacturing engineers
- Provide technical and strategic leadership to process manufacturing engineers in support of Commercial and Military Programs
- Ensure the manufacturing engineering team is fully engaged, supporting delivery and part producibility
- Prioritize work to ensure critical needs are addressed and resources are allocated to the right areas
- Drive improvements in quality and delivery performance in support of program objectives
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to investigate quality or delivery issues and develop robust improvement plans
- Manage budget and staffing requirements while ensuring adherence to P&W’s quality and engineering procedures
- Collaborate with program offices, component product teams, customer representatives, and operations management
- Lead and support overall organizational objectives
- Hire and develop employees within the engineering organization
- Provide mentorship and career development to the team
- Lead and drive quality control risk mitigation using PFMEA and additional process control tools
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 10+ years of engineering experience or an advanced degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience
- Minimum two years directly leading and managing a team
- US Citizen
- Understanding of technical data requirements
- Advanced degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience
- Demonstrated problem‑solving experience using RCCA
- Experience in the design, development, and support of production hardware
- Proven ability to lead a multitude of cross‑functional teams to achieve results
- Ability to craft clear communication and develop meaningful relationships
- Experience developing and executing high‑impact strategic objectives
- Demonstrate skill and success in team leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Working knowledge of shop practices, policies, and procedures governing manufacturing engineering support requirements as well as work instruction documentation for manufacturing processes
- Experience with the oversight of data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics

SalarySalary range: $132,400 – $251,600.
