RTX is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Additive Manufacturing Process and Capability Center (AMPCC) in the United States. You will build and guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers to accelerate AM adoption and readiness across RTX business units.
The role involves strategy development, coordination with RTX AM teams and sites, and managing budgets and projects. Hands-on LPBF tooling experience is strongly preferred for driving continuous improvement.
