Lead a team of designers executing on key deliverables in support GTF diffuser & combustor milestones including executing on class I ECs, responding to field events and investigations, identifying opportunities for product improvement changes, integrating across modules. You will mentor less experienced engineers and interface with other disciplines including aero, durability, structures, and manufacturing. You will be responsible for the execution of mechanical design engineering standard work and communicating formally and informally with CIPT and program customers.

Mentoring and leadership skills being responsible for the quality of work completed by others, communication skills through presenting to CIPT and program customers. Combustor design and design integration competencies and an in depth knowledge of Hot Section Engineering Standard Work.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- 5 years of engineering experience or 3 years with an advanced degree
- Diffuser/Combustor engineering experience
- Experience in engineering activities related to products in service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with engineering standard work
- Experience with Class I and II EC process
- Experience with fault tree investigation tool Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Proficiency in Teamcenter, NX
Benefits Relocation Assistance
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
