- Serve as a member of the CIPT Leadership Team.
- Promote technical excellence in support of the Engine Development Plan including ordering and delivery of hardware to support testing.
- This may include guiding and assisting the IPTs in resolving delivery issues and non-conformances of critical parts, technology advancement, manufacturability support including Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) progression, performing root cause investigations, and completing component qualification/validation activities.
- Support of RLPM incorporation across various teams.
- This includes responsibility for task execution accountability and enabling staffing strategies that fulfill the business and program needs.
- Guide the project teams in the execution of the Agile Project Management Framework, including the development of product owners and scrum masters.
- Provide oversite and approval of project standard work, outsource statements of work (SOWs), as well as acting as a project quorum member for design reviews.
- Develop talent and mentor your team for technical and career growth.
This position may require up to 10% travel. This role is onsite in East Hartford, CT.

Qualifications You Must Have- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 12+ years of experience OR Advanced degree with 10+ years of experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated competency in SAP, Teamcenter, Agile, Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, and other project management tools
- Activity security clearance
Relocation Eligibility
The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
