What You Will Do- Serve as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) team member
- Identify and addresses project problems and recommend resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Facilitate project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives
- Prepare/present status and technical content to IPT and CIPT
- Gain aerospace experience in your selected discipline
- Gain general engineering experience (applied and theoretical)
- Planning, analytical and execution skills

- Our intern program seeks to help you develop an understanding of the aerospace industry and learn about our company and its operations.
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering, and actively enrolled through completion of the internship session.
- Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship session.
- Experience with mechanical hardware documentation or drawing standards
- Experience with planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.
- Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Qualifications We Prefer- Experience using computer aided design (CAD) software such as Solid Works, Creo, Fusion 360, or equivalent.
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
- Experience using MS PowerPoint to assemble and deliver presentations.
