Job Title

Leading teams to investigate the root cause of customer escapes and non-conformances and determine appropriate corrective/preventive actions.

Must have demonstrated effective root cause determination skills, Red-X, Fault Tree, etc.

Must have ability to obtain, organize and analyze quality data.

Perform product, process and work instruction audits.

Interface with various Engineering groups and Customer Support to resolve technical/quality issues related to engine manual repairs and other approved technical data.

Lead and participate in various teams in support of the unit's CORE / six sigma goals.

Review and implement various regulatory requirement changes.

Provide technical guidance and training to OEM Parts Inspectors.

Assist with Escape investigations within Business Units.

Actively participate on plantwide team.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

An understanding of P&W Quality Procedures, Quality Management Systems, AS9100 Requirements.

Excellent knowledge of MS office computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in statistics and data analytics is a plus.

Six Sigma project leadership/management/coaching experience is a plus.

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. This role is a U.S.

-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
