What You Will Do- Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes through coordination with and guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks
- Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines
- Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance.
- Actively support monthly program Estimate-at-Complete reviews and Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation activities
- Facilitate monthly data reconciliation and compile compliant Earned Value or project plan data approved by the program manager and provide to the external customer
- Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Review)
- Strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure the team meets aggressive demands of military compliance programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 1-2 years of analytical and trending skills
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
- Earned Value experience and analytical problem-solving skills with knowledge of specific program management tools (i.e. SAP, Primavera, Cobra)
- General understanding of and openness to continuous improvement principle

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.
-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
