What You Will Do:- Understand and implement corrective action for engine related in-service events and hardware issues identified during overhaul.
- Support MROs to resolve work-stops during teardown and reassembly of engines.
- Support Airlines to resolve Aircrafts on the Ground (AOGs) and coordinate resolution of service issues.
- Initiate technical data development of documentation for engine/module piece part inspection and for Engine Manuals (EM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).
- Coordinate with the technical publication organization (MDE) and provide direction for all technical publications’ issues related to their hardware.
- Interface with Airbus by providing design, operation, maintenance, and customer service data.
- Coordinate resolution on hardware investigations (CPRs – Customer Part Returns)
- Coordinate resolution on Quality Notifications (QNs)
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is required
- 5+ years of engineering experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- May have broad knowledge of project management.
- Prefers substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems in order to provide enhancements within job area.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
