Freightliner of Hartford is looking for a Full Time Truck Service Advisor/Writer to be the face of our service department when it comes to working with our customers on needed repairs. We are a Class 8 Truck Dealership in East Hartford, CT that specializes in repairing Freightliner and Western Star Trucks along with other makes and models. • Greeting customers
• Preparing repair orders
• Interacting with technicians on needed repairs
• Verifying warranty and service contract coverage
• Developing estimates & more

Pay range is $24-$34 per hour plus available Overtime, based on experience.

Location Freightliner of Hartford

• Service Advisor/Writer experience (2-3 years)
• Heavy Truck Service experience is strongly preferred
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• CDK knowledge is preferred, but not a requirement
