Freightliner of Hartford is looking for a Full Time Truck Service Advisor/Writer to be the face of our service department when it comes to working with our customers on needed repairs. We are a Class 8 Truck Dealership in East Hartford, CT that specializes in repairing Freightliner and Western Star Trucks along with other makes and models. Here is your chance to join the team at our well-established, family-owned & operated dealership group that has been in business since 1996!
ThisPosition Is Responsible For The Following
- Greeting customers
- Preparing repair orders
- Interacting with technicians on needed repairs
- Verifying warranty and service contract coverage
- Developing estimates & more
- Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with a Partially funded HSA plan
- 401K plus 10% match
- Monthly Bonus Program

Pay range is $24-$34 per hour plus available Overtime, based on experience.
