** Senior Manager, GTF Aftermarket Accounting.

* What You Will Do:

** The Geared Turbofan (GTF) Aftermarket Accounting team in the P&W Commercial Finance organization is responsible for monthly financial reporting and analysis of all aspects of the GTF Aftermarket business.

Our team is looking for a strong senior manager to provide leadership within the team to support the very complex GTF Aftermarket business in its forecasted exponential growth over the next several years.

* Key Responsibilities:

**- Lead and supervise month-end closing, reporting and analysis activities related to the GTF Aftermarket process.

- Monitor and assess the impact of business process changes on the control environment to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Monitor and review general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accounts are reconciled in an accurate and timely manner.

- Spearhead process and system improvements and creation of processes needed to support growing volume and new business requirements.

- Partner with and provide reporting to internal and external customers including Engine Services Finance, FP&A, and program partners on various aspects of the GTF Aftermarket accounting activities.
** Qualifications You Must Have:**- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required with at least 10+ years of relevant work experience;
** OR
* * an Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience.

- ** U.S. citizenship is required**, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
** Qualifications We Prefer:**- CPA.

- Experience in SAP and One Stream.

- Revenue recognition accounting experience.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to communicate to a wide range of audience groups.
