A leading autism service provider in East Hartford, CT is seeking candidates for the BCBA Fellowship program. This position is designed for recent graduates to gain comprehensive experience applying ABA knowledge under the mentorship of a BCBA. Responsibilities include developing skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans, monitoring client progress, and training RBTs on client-specific interventions. Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

Pay is $26.00 per hour.
