Job Description

The Quality & Performance Squad leader will provide leadership and oversight for the implementation and operations for Infosys Helix capabilities for supporting Quality and Performance aspects of Medicare Advantage plans.

Minimum Years Of Experience

8-10 years

Must Have Skills

Deep expertise on Quality Improvement programs, performance reporting including HEDIS and STAR
Medicare advantage related regulations, HIPAA

Top 3 Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute

Oversight and governance for the delegated BPaaS responsibilities related to Quality and Performance for Medicare Advantage program
Own the end to end implementation roadmap of applicable capabilities and the definition and implementation of the BPaaS operating model post go live.
Ensure that regulatory, contractual and other compliance requirements are embedded into applicable platform workflows and business processes.
