The GLaSER Organization seeks a Senior Supervisor to be responsible for all aspects of quoting, ordering and coordinating shipments of F100 and Legacy Program Support Equipment. Individual will interface directly with external customers, manage deliveries to the contractual dates and process quotations and customer orders.
** What You Will Do**:
* Support procurement activities on F100 and Legacy Program Support Equipment Orders.
* Directly interface with F100 and other Legacy Program customers.
* Carries out quotations and customer orders adhering to standard processes.
* Prepares bid packages for Request for Quotations and communicates them to the customer.
* Manages customer shipments and export requirements when applicable.
* Compiles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required and actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools and support AS9100 efforts. Obtain ACE Associate certification.
** Qualifications You Must Have**:

* Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

* Proficiency in Excel functions and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
