To track and collect data on customer critical parts escalating action plans for receipt/non-receipt of customer critical parts/tools across the PW' program (including engineering, quality, supply chain, and procurement)

This role will be responsible for data tracking, reporting, and proactive identification of potential supply chain issues while working cross functionally to mitigate service delivery delays.

• Critical Parts tracking: customer Critical Hardware (parts) delivery estimates by compiling critical parts tracking information. Part status will come from reviewing Excel reports, SAP data, and discussions with procurement. Push for resolution on open actions within part production to aid in delivery, which will require coordination across multiple functional areas, notably procurement, engineering, and quality. (52%)
• Future Part Shortage Planning:
  In coordination with the Program Management Office utilizing current reporting systems, identify and elevate future shortages in efforts to mitigate impact to customer. For parts without commit information, coordinate with Global Supply Chain (GSC) and the Command Center as required. (20%)
• Customer Communication (8%):
  Clearly articulate part status to customer via email and recurring weekly customer meetings via Zoom. Anticipate customer questions to better provide complete part status.
• Other Support as needed:
  As part of the PMO (Program Mgmt Office), this position would support the team that works directly with the customer from a higher‑level perspective to ensure overall success of the engine program. (10%)

Approved Funding for 1 year

Environment will be somewhat fast paced and dynamic. Potentially customer facing, this is something that we would work towards and wouldn't be expected day 1.

Bachelor Degree

• Candidate must have strong proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Power Point. Knowledge of MS Outlook is essential.
• Candidate must always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Experience in supply chain/operations preferred - some level of engineering/manufacturing experience a bonus
• Since this is in the Program Management Office, this is a less technical role- need someone with a broad knowledge base and ability to learn their processes and transferable skills like project management (organization, prioritization, sense of urgency), etc.
