• Support procurement activities on F100 and Legacy Program Support Equipment Orders.
• Directly interface with F100 and other Legacy Program customers.
• Carry out quotations and customer orders adhering to standard processes.
• Prepare bid packages for Request for Quotations and communicate them to the customer.
• Manage customer shipments and export requirements when applicable.
• Compile price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required and actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools and support AS9100 efforts. Obtain ACE Associate certification.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

• Proficiency in Excel functions and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment, working independently or collaboratively to align project scope, timelines, and communication.
• Self-motivated and customer-focused, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and effective time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to tactfully challenge existing processes.

• Onsite:
  Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
• Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
