We are seeking an Advanced Technology Quality Data Analyst to transform how quality data is utilized to drive design decisions and improve processes across operations, quality, and engineering. The role involves building integrations for quality data, implementing digital connectivity strategies, and leveraging analytics to enhance product design and manufacturing. The position requires up to 25% travel.

• Data Integration and Connectivity:
  Develop and implement strategies to connect, map, and integrate quality data across operations, quality, and engineering functions. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support informed design and decision‑making.
• Digital Connectivity Strategy:
  Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and execute a digital connectivity strategy for quality information, aligning with the organization’s broader digital transformation goals.
• Data Analytics and Insights:
  Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to analyze quality data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure quality data is effectively utilized to inform design decisions and enhance product performance.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Drive development and implementation of processes and tools to continuously improve the collection, analysis, and application of quality data across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or a related field; or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data mapping, and building digital systems connectivity.
• Expertise in Solumina, SAP, Net Inspect and other platforms leveraged by Quality.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and their integration with engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and enterprise database systems.

• Knowledge or experience in aerospace manufacturing and inspection processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as QLIK, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis and integration.
• Experience in digital transformation projects within manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to drive cross‑functional initiatives.

Hybrid:
Employees will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status during the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
