Key Responsibilities- Key Contribution – Core Operating System:
Core system release oversight and testing; new product development, programming and implementation; create promotional product parameters, complete programming and testing prior to launch; rate changes, exceptions and interest calculation quality reviews; core system application management and enhancements; vendor end‑to‑end case management and issue resolution; collaborate on projects for core system integration, workflows and capturing data; instant issue software updates and release testing. - Key Contribution – Vendor/Various Systems Management: participate in industry related conferences and user groups to bring back relevant knowledge, future initiatives, and advances in innovative technology.
- Management and strong working knowledge of core operating system, card processing systems, BI analytics, Tableau reporting.
- Key Contribution – Data/Reporting: application administrator for deposit and card programs; serve as liaison with the BI team and application support to create and provide BI and Tableau reporting and data analytics as required; oversight of daily file transmissions, documenting process flows and timeline adherence.
- Key Contribution – Compliance/General: statement rendering – deposits and card products; creation and updates to member agreements and disclosures; partner with compliance to maintain oversight of regulatory and industry changes; collaboration with key card and deposit resources to research complex member issues, coordinate release testing, product changes, system issues, promotional announcements and general outreach to the front‑line teams; quality control for audits, interdepartmental procedures and OLB upgrades/enhancements;
escheat and IRA RMD processing; EOY tax form distribution and OLB electronic form management; identifying, testing and implementing process improvements and cross‑departmental efficiencies; ATM programming and updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and five or more years of Credit Union deposit and card operations, or equivalent combination. Prior experience may be offset by demonstrated capability; emphasis is on ability to meet qualifications rather than absolute duration.
