RTX Research Center in East Hartford is seeking an Agentic AI Researcher to join the Advanced Learning and Analytics team. The role focuses on creating grounded, explainable AI systems for high-stakes aerospace and defense environments, including autonomous systems and decision support.
You will design and develop ML/agentic solutions, publish findings, and pursue funding opportunities. The team works across ML, RL, LLMs, and symbolic reasoning to address real-world engineering problems.
