Position: F135 Sustainment Metrics Manager - (Onsite)

Job Overview

Position: P4 Manager, F135 Sustainment Integrated Materials Solutions Organization

Responsibilities
  • Review Target Stock Levels (TSL) with the Forecasting Team to align supply with demand forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory performance to avoid stockouts, minimize excess inventory, optimize carrying costs, and identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes, recommending improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Conduct regular inventory analysis and generate reports to assess and improve stock health.
  • Coordinate material escalation: address material shortages by aligning with MRP requirements and collaborating with key stakeholders (Industrial, Engineering, MRP Controllers, Delivery Assurance).
  • Target an optimal inventory turnover rate by minimizing excess inventory and improving stock movement.
  • Maintain average resolution time for Priority 1 and Priority 2 requisitions (≤24 hours for Pri 1, ≤48 hours for Pri
    2).
  • Achieve a target on‑time delivery rate of≥98% for materials to production lines or customers.
  • Minimize the number of stockout incidents, targeting a reduction of at least 10% quarterly.
Qualifications – Must Have
  • BS degree with 8 years of supply chain, program management, or engineering experience.
  • or an advanced degree with 5 years of supply chain, program management, or engineering experience.
Qualifications – Preferred
  • Prior experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and problem‑solving methodologies.
