Position Overview
The F135 Sustainment Integrated Materials Solutions organization drives serviceable material and spare‑part needs for our F135 military customers worldwide. As a P4 Manager you will lead and incorporate fleet and spare‑part health metrics, early warning signals, and align with industry standards for spares posturing to maintain fleet readiness. You will support the Integrated Materials Solutions Deputy and will be measured on maintaining readiness and supportability for our military customers while driving long‑term strategies for the growing F135 fleet.
WhatYou Will Do
- Review Target Stock Levels (TSL) with the Forecasting Team to align supply with demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory performance to avoid stockouts, minimize excess inventory, optimize carrying costs, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement best practices.
- Conduct regular inventory analysis and generate reports to assess and improve stock health.
- Address material shortages by aligning with MRP requirements and collaborating with Industrial, Engineering, MRP Controllers, and Delivery Assurance.
- Target an optimal inventory turnover rate by minimizing excess inventory and improving stock movement.
- Maintain an average resolution time for Priority 1 and Priority 2 requisitions (≤24 hours for P1, ≤48 hours for P2).
- Achieve a target on‑time delivery rate of ≥98% for materials to production lines or customers and reduce stock‑out incidents by at least 10% quarterly.
You Must Have:
- BS degree with 8years of supply chain, program management, or engineering experience, or advanced degree with 5years of similar experience.

- Prior leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and problem‑solving methodologies.
- Salary range: 107,500
USD – 204,500
