Overview

We are looking for a motivated Program Scheduler to work with the Programming Planning & Scheduling (PP&S) organization. The role supports the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for military engine programs, ensuring it meets government and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate IMS schedules for quality and compliance with DCMA requirements.
  • Maintain schedule health, perform program critical‑path assessments with limited oversight.
  • Provide scheduling support to technical scope owners, ensuring timely and accurate status/forecasting.
  • Analyze program plans and assist in developing sound schedule baseline changes.
  • Assess variance and mitigation plans of technical experts to keep IMS as a management tool.
  • Collaborate with Earned Value Analysts and CAMs to align SAP, MRP and IMS reporting systems.
  • Create and update scheduling standard work.
Qualifications – Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (program scheduling/planning, project management, supporting government proposals, earned value management).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • U.S. citizenship (exclusive of dual citizenship) and active, transferable U.S. government security clearance.
Qualifications – Preferred
  • Experience with baseline change control and monthly IPMR/IPMDAR reporting for government compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with NDIA’s Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide.
  • Understanding of earned‑value management principles and complex project application.
  • System/project engineering concepts experience.
  • Strong creative problem‑solving, collaboration, critical thinking, and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
