Overview
RTX is an aerospace and defense company with three leading businesses. The F135 Sustainment JDDE (Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise) role enables the delivery of products and services in support of the F-35’s F135 Propulsion System within a fast-moving, global network.
What You Will Do- Supply Chain & Analytics:
Support research, development, test, and evaluation for F135 Sustainment materials. - Testing & Integration:
Apply F135 principles to evaluate performance, system integration, and mission effectiveness within operational and simulation environments. - Strategy:
Design, execute, and assess strategy and operational plans to ensure capabilities meet global F135 Sustainment demand. - Policy Guidance:
Act as a subject matter expert for F135 Sustainment Materials.
- You Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience managing MRP and/or inventory in an operational supply chain, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- U.S. work authorization without company sponsorship now or in the future (no immigration sponsorship or export authorization required).
- In-depth knowledge of Pratt & Whitney / Raytheon internal supply policies, DPAS requirements, and standard work; proficiency in SAP transactions.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to organize, analyze, and present spare information from multiple information systems.
- Demonstrated self-starting ability, initiative, and capacity to drive complex issues to closure.
- Working knowledge of current Department of Defense engine material and logistics concepts is beneficial.
Onsite role based in East Hartford, CT. This position is classified as Onsite. Relocation assistance is not provided. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s responsibility. Some steps of the interview process may be conducted in person at office locations.
Compensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this role is 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD. The range is a good-faith estimate across experience levels. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, and parental leave, plus paid time off and holidays. Bonus programs may apply depending on level and collective-bargaining status.
