Location:
Israel. This role is stationed in Israel and requires occasional travel.
- Interface with the Israeli Air Force, Bet Shemesh depot, and in‑country suppliers along with the P&W F100 Program Office.
- Proactively manage the F100‑229 Fleet Management Program requirements by monitoring, trending, and reporting the status of key metrics.
- Collaborate with Customer Support Engineering & Materials to determine future customer needs and to focus internal support necessary for customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with support groups to forecast customer maintenance, project component replacement/repair needs, and budget/order to maintain fleet readiness goals.
- Develop and maintain Fleet Readiness Plans to ensure complete system support of all customer supportability requirements.
- Identify, communicate, and elevate program critical issues in a timely fashion through the appropriate channels.
- Utilize ACE Principles and continuous improvement of fleet management systems and processes to minimize cost and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with new business opportunity proposal activity, ensuring appropriate support is provided and working closely with International Trade Compliance to guarantee export compliance.
- BS or BA degree; or an advanced degree with 5 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience (minimum 8 years of experience for non‑advanced degrees).
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracts.
- Strong data analysis skills – capable of collecting, interpreting, and presenting complex data to stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of military engine/module overhaul & repair processes, propagation systems, and USAF Intermediate & Depot Technical Orders.
- Business, material and/or logistics management experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with SAP (Pratt & Whitney ERP System) is preferred.
Salary range: $107,500 - $204,500 USD (based on experience, qualification, and location).
