Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for sustaining all department documentation, closing all work orders, overseeing project management workflow. This role is responsible for sustaining the Maintenance System requirements to include the tracking, maintaining, and monitoring and all support Business System indicators, ISO, KORE, and Maintenance Systems. This role also supports the Parts Room Coordinator and, or Maintenance Planner. The Maintenance Coordinator will work closely with the Maintenance Planner with all scheduled work for the production facility to include the monitoring and creation of Job Plans and objectives.
- Supports the Maintenance Planner in the creation and sustainability of all maintenance plans
- Oversees annual and quarterly spare parts audit and inventory processes.
- Correct preferred maintenance based on feedback
- Works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner
- Works closely with the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to create and track all unscheduled downtime in the CONA system
- Support needed team members to determine a root cause of the unplanned downtime and implement any needed corrective action or corrections.
- Supports with BPL inputs and part number creation process to be able to enter parts into inventory.
- Places and creates any requested direct or indirect supply orders to the Parts Expeditor.
- Generates evaluates, and supplies needed reports or results by using tracking tools for daily shift meetings, weekly staff meetings, and Management Review
- Maintains maintenance personnel schedule postings, which are displayed in the Maintenance Department, and backs up the Maintenance Planner for weekly Maintenance Scheduling of WOs to include Budget Tracking, PM Complete Rate, On-time, and late rates, supplier usage as compared to Procurement agreements, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 2+ years in maintenance coordination or a related role in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities management environment
- Fundamental knowledge of Project Management processes
- Planning and scheduling knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of Inventory control management preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Technical experience in manufacturing equipment repair or parts is preferred.
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Attention to detail CMMS Required SAP Experience preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards applicable to maintenance operations
