We have an immediate need for an
** Airfoil Cell Operator AWW 1st Shift (Onsite) 6am - 6pm.
** FUNCTION:
Perform routine servicing throughout the assigned area following specified procedures and written instructions such as the operator’s check list for upkeep and to ensure equipment operates properly.
*
* What You Will Do:
*** Set up and operate simple machines or equipment; operate other grouped simple machines or equipment types to produce parts where methods and processes are well developed and proper tooling and fixtures are provided.
* Transport parts, raw material and fixtures.
* Work from operation sheets, drawings, computer generated information and verbal instructions, obtain specified equipment, tools and gages to machine, fabricate and finish a variety of production parts.
* Perform bench assembly and finishing operations as assigned, using a variety of handheld tools, power tools and other equipment to process parts during various stages of manufacturing operations.
* Perform part preparatory function including various methods of grit blast, shot peening, masking and routine oven operations to clean parts or condition surfaces for coatings.
* Use a variety of fixed and variable measuring instruments to check dimensions. Record results and enter information into computer data systems as required.
* Assist others who are responsible for new equipment or process tryout and other specialized assignments within the scope and skill level of this job description.
* Refer difficulties to leader or supervisor.

** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** High School Diploma or GED.
* U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
* 6 months of work experience with machining methods or equivalent to one year of technical experience.
