Beacon Hospice, Amedisys in Connecticut is seeking an experienced RN for per diem PRN hospice nursing to help patients heal in the comfort of their own homes. You will perform initial assessments, develop and update the plan of care, coordinate with the care team, educate families, and participate in on-call coverage as assigned.
Excellent communication and clinical skills required; valid RN license in CT and CPR certification preferred.
