Pulmonary / Ventilator Experience Preferred

This position primarily supports a skilled nursing facility with a medically complex patient population, including a ventilator unit. Experience caring for patients with pulmonary conditions or ventilator-dependent residents is strongly preferred but not required.

• Earning potential: $110,000–$200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)

• Deliver person-centered medical care using evidence-based practices
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in the skilled nursing setting
• Provide care for medically complex patients, including residents with chronic pulmonary conditions and ventilator needs, as appropriate
• Collaborate with nursing, respiratory therapy, and interdisciplinary facility teams
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
• Educate patients, families, and staff
• Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
• Ensure compliance with state regulations in skilled nursing facilities

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Minimum of two years of post-certification clinical experience
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitalist roles, internal medicine, emergency medicine, ICU, or pulmonary medicine preferred
• Experience caring for medically complex or ventilator-dependent patients is a plus
• Proficiency with EHRs and clinical technology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
