Alvita Care is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Central and Northern Connecticut. Per diem, part-time, or around your current schedule; day and night shifts available. Shifts are 6–12 hours and focus on 1:1 in-home care.
CT LPN licensure plus BLS/ACLS/CPR certification and at least 1 year of LPN experience are required. Driver's license preferred for travel to patient homes as needed.
