What You Will Do:
  • Lead teams to investigate the root cause of customer escapes and non-conformances and determine appropriate corrective/preventive actions.
  • Demonstrate effective root cause determination skills such as Red-X and Fault Tree analysis.
  • Obtain, organize, and analyze quality data.
  • Perform product, process, and work instruction audits.
  • Interface with various engineering groups and customer support to resolve technical/quality issues related to engine manual repairs and other approved technical data.
  • Lead and participate in teams supporting the unit’s CORE/Six Sigma goals.
  • Review and implement regulatory requirement changes.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to OEM parts inspectors.
  • Assist with escape investigations within business units.
  • Actively participate in plant-wide teams.
  • Be a team player and support all areas as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of P&W quality procedures, quality management systems, and AS9100 requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in statistics and data analytics (plus).
  • Six Sigma project leadership, management, or coaching experience (plus).
  • Flexibility regarding shifts for training, workflow maintenance, and overtime.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits :

Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
