Position: NDT Level 3 (Onsite)

Responsibilities

The Quality and Process Engineering (Q&PE) organization is seeking a Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) L3 module‑center support to work with internal P&W business units, suppliers and partners to develop and continuously improve NDT systems. Responsibilities include performing NDT audits and certifications, providing technical guidance, overseeing inspection systems, and driving process improvements. Specific NDT L3 proficiencies considered are Etch, FPI, ECI and X‑ray, specifically film, digital and computer radiography.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Currently hold Level 2 or Level 3 certification in an NDT method.

Prefer:

  • Experience with training, personnel testing and auditing NDT systems.
  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge and experience with root cause and process control tools.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
Benefits

The salary range for this role is $107,500 USD to $204,500 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off and holidays. Benefits are dependent on the specific business unit and whether the position is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement.
