Position: Program Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance – GTF (Onsite)

Pratt & Whitney is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and communicate the voice of the customer—externally and internally—in decisions affecting quality and performance.
  • Work with functional groups to help define and establish quality and process improvements.
  • Utilize PPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow, and Control Plans) to identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
  • Maintain quality metrics and reports, customer scorecards, corrective actions, and update and publish weekly and monthly quality reports.
  • Identify production and delivery risks; ensure implementation of effective RCCA.
  • Provide recommendations and support CIPT on targets for product safety, performance, quality/manufacturability, reliability, and service life.
Qualifications
  • Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business, or quality field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • We Prefer: Strong project‑management skills; knowledge of the P&W Quality Management System; working knowledge of complex engine components and assemblies.
Role Details
  • Remote:
    Onsite; potential domestic and international travel up to 15%.
  • Salary range: 107,500 – 204,500 USD.
