We’re looking for an outgoing Sales Account Specialist to deliver great customer experiences and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This entry-level, customer-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, promoting products, and achieving goals. Paid training is provided, with opportunities to grow.
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist customers in a retail store setting
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Communicate features, benefits, and current promotions
- Support the sales process and help close transactions
- Meet individual and store sales goals
- Maintain store organization and merchandising standards
- Work collaboratively with team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
