Oversee and drive the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience culture throughout the store;
Coach and train store leadership and outfitters, including CLUB 101 onboarding;
Recruit and retain great talent for CLUB Outfitters and foster a positive outfitter-centric culture;
Analyze CLUB metrics and implement corrective action plans to meet key targets;
Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs, including training, payments, and inventory processes
