The Pratt & Whitney Aftermarket Systems Engineering & Modeling (ASEM) organization supports long‑term commercial agreements with airline customers. They provide forecast simulation tools that connect contract requirements, life‑of‑plan expectations, and key drivers.

• Develop Python‑based next‑generation forecast simulation models, including logic fixes, enhancements, and new features.
• Follow the scrum process to support ongoing model releases, testing, validation, and ticket creation/closure.
• Validate model results through the production process ecosystem.
• Leverage SQL, Python, and Excel to create automation and process enhancements for model development and validation.
• Learn aftermarket business processes and support future enhancements and optimization of simulation models.
• Engage in process changes through CORE and the P&W leadership operating model.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• 5 years of engineering experience or 3 years with an advanced degree.

• Programming proficiency and digital tool development experience.
• Systems engineering experience with commercial aircraft engines.
• Experience in agile development projects.
• Python proficiency with object‑oriented programming knowledge.
• Experience working with large datasets and SQL.
• Understanding or eagerness to learn PW business processes and aftermarket financial ecosystem.
• Demonstrated leadership and self‑direction; willingness to teach and learn new techniques.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

The role is Onsite. Employees work primarily onsite and may be asked to attend in‑person interview steps.

Salary range: 86,800

USD – 165,200

USD.
