This diverse scope of work offers team members exposure to multiple aspects of commercial construction and building finishes.

This full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver role is based in East Hartford, CT. The role involves but is not limited to:

• Driving to and from various job sites to deliver materials, equipment, and other items as requested/needed
• Receiving, organizing, and storing materials in the warehouse, including checking deliveries against documentation and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Keep full warehouse inventory, including counting at mid and year end of all items, ordering supplies to keep inventory fully stocked
• Loading and unloading trucks, preparing materials for delivery, and safely operating a forklift
• Keeping the warehouse and vehicles clean, performing basic equipment inspections, and working closely with project teams to meet material needs and timelines
• Repairing tools

• Experience with shipping & receiving activities
• Ability to use computer programs to run inventory and equipment software to verifying orders and maintain accurate records
• Proficiency in packing and unloading materials safely and efficiently
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with safety standards (certification preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate company delivery vehicles
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 75 pounds
• Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail in handling orders and deliveries
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with vendors, foreman, and project managers
• Prior experience in construction or building materials environments is beneficial
